During the checkout process on our website, you will be informed whether your address falls within this delivery radius. At Mad and Meek, we strive to process and ship your orders within 48 hours of placing them. If you opt for pickup, your order will be ready within 1-2 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Throughout the process, you will receive updates on your order status, including when it's being processed and when it’s on its way. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Please allow 2-4 Business days for shipping.
If you are based in Australia your package will be shipped out within the next 48hours of purchasing your order. However if you are international it will be the same turn around time and allow 5-10 Businesses days for it to reach you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase at Mad & Meeks. We do offer an exchange or credit note. However if you have purchased an item that is on sale, we will not be accepting refunds, exchanges or credit notes won't be offered on that product. Alternatively if you make a purchase and use a discount code that is not considered as a sale item.
If you are returning one of our products please ensue that the product please does have the following as it will not be considered as a proper refund or exchange.
1. Ensure that all labels, product usage cards and packaging are in unused, original condition.
2. Ensure that the candle has not been burned or used and free from any usage.
3. if you are not satisfied with the scent this needs to be approved by one of our team member's before returning.
We happily offer a 14 day refund or exchange on any of our products should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
How do I make a Return?
1. Download and fill out the returns form. See attached link below.
2. Ensure that your items are in original unused condition with labels and packaging attached. If needed to consult with Mad & Meek's Team before returning please do so.
3. Ensure your returns slip is completed and enclosed
4. Postage is paid at your own cost
